**Tableland Services, Inc.** is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Education Manager** to lead the education component of our **Head Start** and **PA Pre-K Counts** programs.

In this leadership role, you'll help ensure high-quality early learning experiences by supporting teachers, overseeing curriculum implementation, promoting staff development, monitoring child outcomes, and building strong partnerships throughout our community.

We're looking for a candidate with:
✅ A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
✅ Level II Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
✅ Five years of Pre-K teaching experience preferred
✅ A passion for leadership, collaboration, and helping children succeed
